We only stopped for one night, on our way to Mx, and were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. We didn't expect too much considering how affordable it was, but the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the location is great, and the staff, specifically the person who checked us in, was professional, efficient but thorough, and provided great customer service overall. We walked away from check-in with a smile. After traveling three hours in traffic with hungry kids, I was relieved to know we made an excellent and affordable choice.

I have been staying at this property since I was a little girl and now I bring my family here. I have had nothing but exceptional experiences every visit. The rooms are spacious and clean. The housekeeper always made my child’s play yard bed as well for me. The pillows for the beds were extremely soft. There is a cafe that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is delicious and all of my children enjoy it. Also, they have a bar so you can order a drink with your meal. The bar is perfect to have a few drinks and all you have to do is walk back to your hotel room , no driving required. There are two different jacuzzi and a nice pool. Don’t forget, there is a little fitness room attached to the pool area, all you need to do is use your key to gain access. This is definitely a hotel you want to stay at.

My dying husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel during his treatments at nearby medical centers. The hotel staffers were very supportive and considerate during our stay. I know this is also a very fun place while vacationing around San Diego. Nice restaurant and bar on the premises, easy access to freeways for wherever you'd like to venture in San Diego. I highly recommend this hotel.

Worst experience: We checked in and immediately checked out within the first 15 minutes. We had reserved 2 queen rooms. The staff charged me first then informed me they only had doubles available. When I requested to speak to a supervisor to see if I could get the queen rooms I reserved or just cancel, the staff stated she was out. I requested to have the room changed since I was paying for the queen and another guest waiting in line threatened my 70 year old father because he believed my father cut him in line. My father had approached behind me waiting to see if the rooms could be changed. I attempted to explain to the young man that he was with me and still continued to threaten us telling us he would have us "fix it outside" with his group of friends. The supervisor (who they said wasn't there) came out and told me they did not condone that behavior, we felt unsafe and decided to cancel. Worst experience in service and environment. We wanted a family friendly experience and it was terrifying. I would not recommend and definitely never booking again.

I didn't get to see much of the hotel since I arrived late and checked out very early. The staff was very nice and there was a restaurant, bar and pool/spa, breakfast available that I wish I would have been able to check out. I would stay here again and next time hopefully have a little bit more time to explore the hotel. Great location and comfortable.
